With the stated goal to elevate retained recruiting to a higher – level, exceeding expectations, Founder and CEO Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis drew upon multiple disciplines. Academic heritage, regional and cultural diversities, and remarkably diverse professional experience.

As the daughter of an adventuresome university geography and earth sciences professor, Kathy grew up in different college towns, gaining simultaneous respect for the value of education, the curiosity to ask “why,” and the power of research and exploration. It also provided first-hand insight into our regional differences and what binds us all together.
Her career featured work as a researcher, consultant, coach, and business executive, and included VP of Research for Carter & Associates, Vice President of Research for Deloitte’s commercial real estate consulting practice, President of RealEstate.com, and CMO for FNC, a financial services technology company.
But it was serving as Senior Vice President of BaxterKrause Retained Executive Recruiters that brought everything together, combining in the development of what she calls her rare ‘pragmatic sixth sense’ – the competitive advantage she brings to every client engagement.
