  • UNDERSTAND: This initial stage is focused on defining the role. It involves meeting with the hiring manager to grasp the business, challenges, culture, and skillsets needed. Key actions include agreeing on the most critical requirements, developing recruiting “pitch points,” clarifying compensation, and creating the job profile.

  • RESEARCH: Here, we develop a target list of industry segments and companies. Research is initiated using Boolean Strings, and an email campaign is launched using the internal database and referral sources. The goal is to present the first “benchmark” candidate to the client for validation within five days.

  • RECRUIT: This stage involves screening candidates, beginning with a phone prescreen followed by a second screen via video. We then create a summary profile and fit analysis to show how they meet requirements, compile the candidate presentation materials, and present the candidate briefs to the client.

  • ENGAGE: The focus shifts to preparing and coordinating interviews. This includes frequent check-ins with candidates for updates and emotional engagement, preparing candidates for their interviews, and coordinating travel and lodging as needed. A confirmation package and checklist are sent to the candidate.
  • FACILITATE: This final stage handles the wrap-up and offer. It includes candidate and client debriefs, respectfully releasing eliminated candidates, and keeping active candidates engaged. Finally, we present and negotiate the offer, check references, and engage the selected candidate through the on-boarding process.

Our team provides top service levels to both the hiring organization and their candidates. Our promise is a better experience that begins with a process that prizes innovation but is anchored by our commitment to personal service that we believe never goes out of style. By taking the time on the front-end to ensure the right fit we’ll introduce superior talent.

This is key and it’s what distinguishes us. We address company culture in our intake meeting with the hiring manager. We also ask about team culture. We design our vetting questionnaire to include behavioral questions that will evaluate cultural fit.

To start the hiring process, we need to Understand the role completely. This begins with a meeting with the hiring manager to define the business needs, challenges, culture, and nuances of the position. Specifically, we will need to:

  • Agree on the most critical requirements for the role.

  • Clarify the compensation package.

  • Provide input to create the job profile and help develop recruiting “pitch points”.

While timelines can vary based on the role’s complexity and market availability, our process is designed for speed and validation. We aim to initiate primary research and present the first “benchmark” candidate to you for validation within 5 days of starting the RESEARCH phase. The overall time to placement depends on the length of your own process and offer negotiation stages.

For permanent placements, our pricing structure varies depending upon whether it is a retained, engaged, or contingency search. Fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year total compensation. We will provide a detailed proposal and contract before the start of any engagement.

Yes, we stand behind our placements. If a candidate we place leaves for any non-performance related reason within a certain period of their start date, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The guarantee period depends on the hierarchy of the role.

Our clients frequently call upon us for confidential searches. Strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the recruiting and engagement process. We also have NDAs for candidates to sign once you select them for an interview.

Our support extends beyond the offer. In the FACILITATE stage, we engage the selected candidate through on-boarding. This includes checking references and ensuring a smooth transition into their new role. We also continue with 30, 60, and 90 day check-ins to ensure proper emotional engagement after the candidate starts.

We adhere to strict data privacy protocols. All client and candidate data is stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes. We utilize our internal database for research and referrals, and this data is protected
